INTRODUCING OUR SUPPORT FOR FRIDAY 🤝

Hailing from the vibrant music scene of the northwest of England, Gren has been a part of Cardiff’s musical landscape for a few years, both as a solo artist and as part of joint venture, .cdf - known for their banging Cardiff parties and minimal house releases.

Chupsy is a familiar face when it comes to a Groove party. From spinning some old skool jungle at 4AM KRU, traversing through techno at our first Bar 105 event, or laying down some of his favourite 90s House and Techno as he will be this Friday.

Usually found warming up the room at a Groove party or as a resident for CYNT, Shep will be taking us through some of his favourite garage house and deep house tunes. An avid record collector, expect some uncovered gems from the depths of the 90s.

FRIDAY 19th APRIL we return to the basement of BAR105 for an EXTENDED intimate session until 3AM. A for Alpha will be headlining with a 2 hour exploration of 90s house, garage and techno.

Her diverse sound fuses elements from House, Garage, Trance and Techno, offering a sonic journey that transcends genres. A for Alpha’s impact resonates across legendary venues and festivals, from Fabric to Boiler Room, Glastonbury to Outlook, and beyond. Supporting renowned artists such as Annie Mac, Eats Everything, Chaos in the CBD and gracing stages worldwide, she commands a weekly residency on SWU.FM and runs her own imprint, Alpha’s Trip.

After our sold-out debut, we return to Bar 105 basement for a night of dark UK sounds ranging from garage, breaks, electro and 160.
zo is headlining the night, with releases on EC2A, Hardline and No More Mailouts and support from the likes of Interplanetary Criminal he's been making his mark in the underground scene with fresh and unique sounds. Expect sub-heavy basslines, skippy beats and dark rollage.

Local selectors and will be warming up the night alongside and residents.

On the 6th October we'll be taking to a secret location in the heart of Cathays to have a back to basics party. Expect varied tracks spanning garage, 140, electro, techno, jungle + more.
