Last night was a bit challenging. My flight from Cartagena to Miami was delayed for 30 minutes. Despite having a "long connection time" of airline 2 hours, I barely made my connecting flight. Miami was chaotic due to the summer travel season.

Please, if you're traveling and have connections during the summer months, give yourself plenty of time. Ensure your baggage complies with all regulations and be prepared for additional security checks. Plan ahead to make your travel experience smoother!

As someone deeply passionate about Wellbeing Travel and continuously learning in the field, I recently had the incredible opportunity to attend a captivating wellness session at the Sri Lankan High Commission on March 1st. Alongside representatives from Sri Lankan Airlines and Siddhalepa Resort, I delved into the world of holistic wellness practices, soaking in invaluable insights and knowledge.

In an unexpected turn of events, I was graciously invited by Sri Lankan Airlines and Siddhalepa Resort to join them for a transformative experience at their esteemed resort. I'll be embarking on an immersive week-long journey of Ayurveda and Yoga this April!
