This is a little lead job we done.

Someone had previously stuck some bits of lead to the wall to act as a flashing. It's quite surprising how long it actually lasted 🙈.

Any how.to bring the house upto date with abutment wall specifications and flat tiles,we added an abutment soaker to give that extra bit of protection. This house was close the Rhoose point so the wind is very strong,thus rain water was tracking under the lead dressed onto the flat tile.

All new lead flashings fitted to an old style stone wall. And sealed with lead sealant to prevent cracking.
