Megan Participates in the 'Women in Technology' panel at the National Eisteddfod 2023 Megan was recently invited to speak on the “Women In Technology” panel at the National Eisteddfod on the Llŷn Peninsula.

We recently filmed a small promotional video for the business. We were all very nervous in front of the camera, but after a dozen takes, we got some good footage.

Lessons from the day; Edd has a compulsive habit of pulling funny faces while (attempting) to speak welsh.

Edd spent yesterday afternoon at Coleg Cambria talking to some of their lecturers about the skills that tech businesses need from graduates.

Top of the list was students who know what the IT downward spiral is, can spot it and prevent it, rather than just fuelling it.

They also chatted about diversity in tech, project/code management and how what Carnedd does relates to the curriculum.

We love having meetings at M-SParc. I don’t think it will ever be possible to get tired of this boardroom view.

During the pandemic, one of our clients in social care had an urgent requirement to track vaccination status amongst their staff and patients. Within two weeks we had bolted a module onto their existing systems which gave them the data they needed to track vaccinations across the company.
