⭐️ A recent commercial project that we completed for a client in London.

The new office fit out consisted of 7 floors of various design elements, flooring was a mixture of laminate and Bolon, after a few test strips being put down we applied white to laminate against white skirtings and transparent silicone was put on Bolon to achieve the desired finish.

There were various areas where we had to apply silicone including columns to flooring, glazing frames, overhead metal beams to fill holes created from manufacturing process, small single office/quiet rooms, tea points on every floor, roof access room, toilets on every level and shower cubicles. Silicone colours were all chosen by the client after we provided samples in each particular area.

⭐️ A recently completed bathroom for a customer

This was a freshly installed bathroom complete with shower niche, we used the silicone colour chosen by the client in a high quality anti fungal finish for a long lasting Mastic which is especially important in bathrooms. 🛁

We were called to a customers house recently who complained of a leak in the bathroom when using the shower, we turned up and found the existing mastic was well overdue a change with holes visible along joints and actually coming away in certain areas.

We cut away all existing mastic and performed a deep clean before applying some nice new silicone to stop future leaks.

Water can get through the smallest gaps so it’s very important to make sure your mastic is renewed whenever slight cracks and aging appear. 🚿

We recently attended a customers property to seal all floor lines after the installation of new parquet flooring, White silicone was chosen for a clean minimal appearance by the owner.
