Roof is coming together nicely, nearly ready for its top layer insulation,board, rubber and flat lantern …. (Warm deck roof)

Steels are in place and the roof build is now taking place 👍🏼

So today we started a small extension in SE London .We have removed the old back door and building, lifted all paving slabs and prepped for the machine arriving Monday. Enjoy your bank holiday all 🇬🇧

Team hard at work this week with the removal of this old timber cladding, we found polystyrene as insulation. We battened and insulated with cello-tex, added a waterproof membrane and re cladded with a smooth pvc ship lap cladding over two properties in Faversham 👍🏼

Over the next few weeks we hope to give you all a good insight into some of the works carried out by our team on a day to day basis.
