Hearken, to the call of change, for in the heart of transformation, there lies the essence of our human journey. Just as the river is never the same for any traveler who wades its waters, so too must we embrace the flow of time, the currents of change. Without transformation, the soul grows stagnant, like a well of brackish water, trapped and clouded. To resist change is to resist life itself, for in change lies the very act of becoming.
Consider the tale of Odysseus, who embarked on a journey not only across the seas but through the chambers of his own spirit. Each trial transformed him, each obstacle stripped him of pride and vanity, until he stood, a humbled man, worthy of the home and love he so dearly sought. Had he resisted change, he would have fallen, for those who cling to the shore are swept away by the storm’s tide. It was only by bending to the will of the Fates, becoming more than he once was,through navigating challenges and finding success.
So, too, must we transform ourselves, for every change tempers our virtues, tests our resolve, and hones our wisdom. Embracing change is like tempering bronze—only by passing through the flames can we emerge resilient and pure, shining with the lustrous glow of strength through new wisdom.

Once, there was a wise old monk who lived high in the mountains, visited by people from far and wide seeking his wisdom.
One day, a young man asked, "Master, teach me the secret of life." The monk simply smiled and led him to a river. Suddenly, the monk grasped the young man and plunged his head under the water, holding him there. The young man struggled, desperate for air. Just as he thought he would faint, the monk released him.

Gasping, the young man cried, "Why did you do that?"

The monk replied, "When you desired breath more than anything else, then you understood the value of life. Breath is the thread connecting you to existence itself. Without it, there is nothing."
In that moment, the young man realized: every breath is life itself, a reminder of the precious, fleeting gift of being alive.

Cherish it, honor it, and treat it well, for as long as you dwell within it, it is your truest home. Remember, each moment of care, each act of kindness you show your body, brings harmony to your being, strengthens your spirit, and deepens your journey.

Join us for a glorious seven-night stay at an Ultra All-inclusive retreat on the beautiful island of Crete.
Relax in a Superior Sea View twin room overlooking the Cretan sea. 3 magnificent restaurants offer a wide of options from all around the world and of course accommodating every need; Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten free, Lactose free. Greek corner breakfast, freshly made Pizza in a wood oven, and a fish buffet will be available daily. There is also a brand new creperie and gelaterie offering extra treats throughout your stay. 5 swimming pools (one of them interior heated pool), free unlimited access to the sauna & steam room, as well as free access to the fully equipped gym. Room service, turndown service, water sport activities, tennis courts and of course a fully organised sandy beach, with umbrellas and sunbeds, for you to relax by the sea. Your Rock Choir Vocal Yoga teacher: 13 years of experience as a Rock Choir leader, 5 years as a Regional Manager for Rock Choir, 15 years as a voice coach, Advanced Yoga Instructor registered with the Yoga Alliance, and certified Wellness Practitioner.
