♦️Been a very busy couple of months for Ruby Contracting, So thought we would share with you are latest completed project in lordswood Chatham.
Full garden excavation which included the removal of 42 tonne of chathams finest chalk and flint 😎 2 meter retaining wall completed including steps leading from lower level to higher tier in garden area, finished off with a kandla grey 600 x 900 sandstone slab and 20m2 of artificial grass.
Another great effort by the ruby Team , very happy clients and back in a few weeks to complete the neighbours ♦️

♦️Just completed a driveway extenstion for a lovely client down in Canterbury, removed an old brickwall planter, installed a retaining wall with hollow concrete blocks, and finished of with rural stock facing brickwork and extended the driveway in a Lovely autumn mix aged block paver ♦️

🔥A very happy client and great work by the team as always.🔥

♦️Something a little different this week for the ruby contracting team.
Removal of vegetation, new 6ft closeboard fence, Raised sleeper planter and very large excavation for a 11ft x 8ft sunken trampoline.
plenty of family fun ahead in the coming summer months for this family…♦️

♦️ Been a few wet days out there last few weeks, but the ruby team still managed to transform this front garden into a new 4 car driveway for one of our clients.

♦️Finished off a little retaining wall in walderslade this week, and added a little bit of ruby magic into the final presentation with some sleeper steps leading up to the upper tier of the garden.♦️

🔥Been a very busy summer for the ruby team, working on what has been one of our biggest full garden landscaping projects this year so far. 🔥

♦️ 140m2 of porcelain kandla grey mixed size slabs installed around a swimming pool♦️

♦️ 70 lineal metres of rendered walls ♦️

♦️ Raised 20m2 porcelain patio seating area
Overlooking the country views from the summerhouse♦️

♦️ Stepping stones leading from the pool area to a lower 60m2 porcelain kandla grey patio. ♦️

♦️ 2 x Sleeper steps with a charcoal block paved boarder, decorative stone and a porcelain slab leading up to a higher tier patio area. ♦️

♦️ And finally 80m2 of a circular Indian kandla grey sandstone patio with a charcoal grey block paved boarder and 2 raised steps completed in Ashdown country mix at both entrances leading into the property. ♦️

🔥Fantastic team effort put in by all of the ruby team involved in this very large full garden landscaping project.

♦️Been a busy couple of months for the ruby team working out in Hoo.
Removed a very aged and brittle block paved driveway, installed double cobble sett boarder with an acco drain accross the belmouth of driveway,
Laid 100m2 of gravel grids filled with 22 tonne of black ice decorative stone.

Customer was really happy with the end result and there maintenance free driveway.
Resulting in us securing future works with them
And there neighbours.

♦️ Another nice fence install by the ruby team over in Gillingham, removed a 4ft brick wall that had became a health and safety issue for both the client and the neighbours and installed a 4ft close board fence with 12 inch gravel boards and slotted concrete posts.♦️

♦️We was recently contacted and asked if we would be able to assist in carrying out some excavation works for an e.v. Charging point,
Which we kindly replied in the ruby way with a big YES and the results speak for itself.♦️

♦️Another raj green Indian sandstone patio completed by the ruby team over in rainham, this week.
The weather was on our side this week during this patio installation, resulting in a totally transformed maintenance free garden, one very happy customer and more future works for the ruby team…..♦️

♦️Ruby contracting completed another Indian sandstone patio today in Sevonoaks.♦️
Customer had been let down by a previous contractor last minute, called us asking if we was able to help out as they needed it done in time for there new addition to the family.
So we took the project on and a nice project it was.

And completed these works in 1 1/2 days

Ruby contracting was asked to help provide a suitable and safe access route from the parking area to the house with a little touch of ruby magic thrown in there.
We removed old steps, built in some new steps with charcoal and brindle block pavers, levelled off garden area put down a w**d membrane and finished it off with a plum slate decorative stone.

Removed old Rotting fence installed new perimeter fence, stripped back vegetation, levelled garden, lay top soil installed new turf, completed with 80m2 of new patio area.
