Another day in Stone Street near Sevenoaks…. 1st fix in a New Build. Including Rads, pick ups & plywood bathrooms. If you are unsure what’s involved this is what happens. Stud walls use a Wooden framework with Plaster Board added to create a Wall. If Radiators are going to be installed then these will need a good fixing. So we install plywood so the Radiators have a Strong framework to be fixed to. Bathrooms are fully ply so they can be tiled & take any fixing like a towel rail . These are things you have to think about when you want an extension or changing a Room’s purpose. …..

We replaced the fencing with new concrete posts , gravel boards & panels.
All the old fencing was removed from the property without a skip which saved costs.

Here’s a nice job from last weekend . A cut & pitch porch roof. Including soffit & fascia & cement board cladding .
