TIME 4 U LTD Center for Positive Behaviour Support is seeking to recruit an experienced PBS Lead for the Kent area.
Reporting to the PBS Specialist, the role involves carrying out full functional assessment work, giving advice, training, support and practice leadership to staff teams ensuring that TIME 4 Us vision, values and operating principles are delivered at all times.
You will be supported by receive case load supervision the PBS Specialist and receive case load supervision from the Senior PBS and AS Partner
What are my key responsibilities?
Undertaking assessments, including functional assessments and providing guidelines and advice on supporting people with challenging behaviour
Being responsive to service crisis and pro-active in supporting and coaching change
Delivering training in positive behaviour support and person centred active supportinde
Design and use of behavioural measurement systems, measuring and tracking behavioural trends, analysis of data and writing reports
Support the teams to improve quality of life of the people supported through goal setting with a particular focus on skills teaching
Advising on best practice and providing practice leadership and coaching to employees and managers, including providing direct support
Liaising and working in partnership with other professionals and families of the people we support
Maintaining relationships and liaising regularly with the Quality Assurance and Practice Department.
This role will be Monday to Friday based in Medway, Kent. There may be need to drive to the homes of the people we support
About YOU!
Minimum Level 5 or equivalent qualification in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
Experience of working as a PBS practitioner for at least 1 year
Experienced in person centred active support
Experience of delivering in service training
Experience of leading and managing a team, providing practice leadership
Ability to communicate confidently and effectively
Ability to provide positive support and de-brief staff teams during challenging situations
Willingness to mentor/support learners through a PBS qualification.

TIME 4 U Ltd, a leading provider of community based care across England are seeking to recruit a Care Quality Assurance Manager to take lead responsibility of ensuring that high standards of care are met across the organization and that CQC regulations, other legislative and statutory requirements, and internal standards are adhered to, through robust quality auditing and reporting on all quality assurance information gathered, communicating key messages and presenting data to different audiences, making recommendations about improvements, and supporting individuals, teams and the company to achieve better quality outcomes.
Main duties of the role will include;
- Completion of monthly analysis of incidents and complaints, highlighting trends and risks, and making recommendations for continuous improvement
- Completing detailed themed audits and data analysis to better understand client needs, risks and opportunity areas for improvement, and for external benchmarking
- Completion of company wide monthly quality assurance audits, reviewing samples against internal and external standards
- Preparation of client and company outcome data for external publication
- Completion of KLOE audits on a quarterly basis
- Completion of the monthly QA board report
- Expert adviser and lean on improvement activity, supporting operational managers in identifying and learning from areas of good practice and offering targeted support where practice requires improvement

RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment
Lead on the recruitment process to include:
Create job adverts
Manage incoming applications, scheduling interviews with the hiring managers.
Lead on the interviews from a HR perspective.
Work with external recruiters on incoming applications.
Ensuring the applicant tracking system is always up to date.
Send offer letters.
Undertaking employment reference checks and submitting DBS checks.
Where necessary check right to work documentations.
Setting up new starters on the online HR system.
Onboarding
Provide an effective and efficient onboarding experience for our staff by:
Set up HR induction meeting with the new starter and line manager.
Set up new starters on internal systems (QCS, Outlook, Careskills Academy)
Guide staff to read and acknowledge all appropriate policies.
Complete all necessary new starter documentation and updating the physical staff files.
General Administration
Provide support to the HR manager by:
Proactively identify opportunities to improve internal processes and systems.
Accurately entering data into the online HR System.
Ensuring policies and guides are updated on various systems.
Managing and maintaining the Recruitment inbox.
Reviewing our recruitment practices and process to better support inclusion and diversity at Time4U Ltd.
Manage the training matrix for the support staff.
