Busy Saturday at NJA GAS. Boiler installation in the morning, unvented cylinder service with two new immersion heaters fitted in it and a poorly Worcester brought back to life.

Full 1st fix, 4 bathrooms, unvented cylinder and Worcester system boiler.

Full bathroom referb.

760 shower removed, wall adjusted and 1100 shower tray fitted.

Vaillant ecotec 24 swap with 10 year warranty.

En-suite refurb.

Water heater fitted for an elderly lady. Electrics by livearth.

Worcester RI 18kw fitted with a Worcester central heating filter. System flush, new mid position valve and pump.

Ariston out and Baxi 830 in with 10 year warranty

Back boiler conversion carried out. Had been put off a while by the customer because of the worry about the mess. Carried out with minimal mess and disruption.

Poorly heating system yesterday, new S plan kit, zone valves, time clock, blocked pipe work, new bypass, working efficiently now.

Several other gas engineers attended here for intermittent faults before I had a think outside the box and found a blocked condensate pipe connection under the sink.
