Over 100 tonnes and solid dense blockwork to build up this 600mm raised 120m2 patio to sit flush with the threshold the grout lines flowing from the internal on both sides of the bi-folds, bespoke hidden drainage, 250m2 jubilee lawn, 106m sleeper boarders, and new fencing. Challenging, but immensely proud of the team to have this project over the line.

90m2 Natural Indian sandstone installation, pointed with traditional mortar to give strength and tie in with property features, drainage & new fencing installed, cleared garden of shrubs, trees and weeds to give their lovely Alsatian free reign. 🐕 🌳

A porcelain design to create two separate zones for entertaining and relaxation with a curved path passageway to connect the two, finished with 200 x 100 porcelain charcoal edging setts from
1000 x 500 dolomite moon porcelain used 80m2 front and back, personnel door installed in garage and base for summer house. Phase 2 in due course. 🤝

Lovely 40m2 grey Indian sandstone supplied by and 20m2 40mm premium artificial grass from aggregates from for our installation of grass we use type 1 sub base and then compact grano to give longevity and for the edging we use a cement haunch which the grass is then adhered down with adhesive again to give a long life span timber is the easier quicker solution but will eventually rot! fantastic client even got her son a job labouring out of it and will continue with us! 🙌🏼

Nice transformation from a sloped uneven garden, to a level natural stone patio this project included lowering the man hole, building a bespoke gate to fall in line with the patio, mending the render on the property which previously wasn’t sealed which resulted in cracks with a complete refresh and installing an unused front garden to a drive with 200mm sub-base to help add value to the clients property too.
