I only use premium branded dermal filler products. Using the RHA range in lips means that the dynamic function of lips is preserved even after volumisation. In other words, your lips will move, purse and stretch without giving it away that you’ve had lip augmentation.

You know the type of lip filler you see where they’re overfilled (products used are too hydrophilic) and the lips don’t move naturally, they kind of just float around and look paralysed…we don’t do that here.

I know, I know. I do harp on about respecting anatomy when it comes to dermal fillers.

And fortunately the large, overfilled lip look is fading into oblivion where it belongs. 👌

This enhancement was 0.7ml of premium dermal filler to lift and define the underlying anatomical profiles of this beauty’s lips. There is some perioral swelling particularly around the Cupid’s Bow that will settle in the days following treatment!

I advise building your lips over 2 or 3 sessions and then maintaining 1-2 yearly! That’s how long you should get between treatments with premium products once you’ve reached your goal!

👄 First EVER lip augmentation for this beauty!

She’s been planning this treatment since summer 2023! Due to a complex medical issue and medication, I wouldn’t allow her to have treatment until I was satisfied it was safe enough to proceed. 👀 I often see aesthetics injectors saying you can’t have certain treatments if you have hooded eyelids.

Well this before and after is proof that sometimes great results can be achieved despite hooded eyelids.

If expectations are managed and a thorough anatomical review is undertaken, a great result can be achieved to alleviate eyelid hooding with careful treatment.

This client is thrilled with her result. The images are taken with the same angle, same eyeball position and expression for an accurate comparison. Her marginal reflex distance has increased and more of her iris and upper eyelid is visible. Her eyes just look less tired and more open. 👀 💫

She popped in for a little bit of pop! A small top up ahead of the festivities for extra va va voom.

This client naturally has fuller lips. Her goals are subtle volumisation and definition.

⚠️👄RISKY TREATMENT

This beautiful client presented hoping to add subtle volume and more structure to her lip tissue.

She underwent extensive jaw surgery a few years ago, with maxilla and mandible manipulation. Both upper and lower jaw were fractured and repositioned in a surgery that left her on a liquid diet for 6 weeks.

Lip augmentation (or indeed any filler) in someone who’s undergone such massive surgery is risky because the surgery can displace the normal positions of structures like arteries. It’s so vital to thoroughly examine clients like this to identify where their vessels are prior to that needle entering the skin.

I’m pleased to say this beauty had her treatment, we encountered no complications and she is happy with her 0.5ml boost. 👄

For a long time this beauty, has been bothered by the dehydration within her lip tissue.

This was treatment 1, we performed 3 augmentations of 0.7ml, 0.7ml and 0.5ml to achieve her goals and it’s lasted 16 MONTHS!❤️‍🔥

You can see in the images that although this result is lovely, there is still room within the lip tissue for more dermal filler to add more hydration and yet more volume.
