Sorry this is a late one but we are so so proud to be an ally of the LGBTQIA+ community ❤️💖 after all, love is love, right?

Well this is a bit of a weird one to write. It's not goodbye, but it's toodle-oo for a short while. I will still be posting craft updates and ideas and offering one off seasonal boxes but there have been so many things against me this year in growing this business. The cost of products, packaging and postage have gone up exponentially at a time when people are cutting back financially, for a start. I put my heart and soul into growing the club, I paid for online marketing, I created reels, I networked and sent boxes out as freebies to influencers, and to brand ambassadors, but the algorithm, social media trends and the financial crisis were against me.
This craft subscription box is something I believe whole heartedly in still, and I think the themes, the content and the price point were all perfect. Feedback from subscribers over the years has been incredible and heart-warming, but maybe it was the wrong time for the product. I am a teeny tiny business making not a lot of profit and I can't afford the marketing it needs to grow.

I will still be running craft workshops and as mentioned, will still be selling seasonal craft boxes, so keep your eyes peeled for exciting things to come, but for now the subscription boxes will be taking a little break whilst I focus on some different projects.

The last boxes will be shipping out to subscribers on Monday but keep your eyes peeled next week or so as I have some previous boxes on sale at special prices ❤️

Here at the little Fingerprints Craft Box Club we are all about child led crafting. We don't post adult made things because it sets an unrealistic expectation for children that their creations should look like that! So my 10 year old made this bird and he was so pleased with it! We love seeing you get creative with what's in your craft boxes. No instructions, child-led, building skills and using creativity. That's our ethos, but we all have creative slumps, so here are another couple of ideas for this month's box contents!

So yesterday and I put out a call to the local community to come together to support the wonderful project. I have uploaded your birds to the website and they will be there shortly.

The turnout was small, but the weather was awful and the races are on in Cheltenham this week so I know many don't want to travel in that traffic, but an absolutely HUGE thank you to those of you who came, who nipped out of work, who decorated and dedicated a bird for the martyred children of Palestine.

We discovered, that with coffee, cake, creativity and chat, we can honour those babies, children, teens and tweens who have been so brutally taken away.

Today we celebrate women and girls. 💖♀️
There are too many women I follow here to tag, who are wonderful, inspirational females. Some run their own businesses, some run their own families, some run marathons, some run around after their kids! Whatever they all do, they are all amazing humans, friends, confidentes and best of all, women! You all know who you are ❤️ happy international women's day!

We are so passionate about encouraging children's love of reading here at LFCBC HQ. What is your child's favourite book? Ours have changed every world book day and I adore seeing all of your costumes. My youngest opted for a cartoon and book character costume today as he loves the adventure time series and books. Both my kids favourite genre of book has changed over time but both are very fond of mystery. Here's hoping for lots of new books and book swaps today! Would anyone be interested in a book swap event? We see lots of fab clothes swap events, but how about a children's book swap? Let me know # # #

COMMUNITY MATTERS. We are all feeling helpless about the situation in Gaza as our government, the US, Canada and other powerful nations seem intent on putting money before humanity. That's why we need to be strong. Together, , and are taking over Leckhampton Village Hall and bringing the community together to support the wonderful project which honours the martyred children of this senseless war.

Come together with your children to decorate peace doves to honour the lost.
