This workshop is the first of a series of 3, you don't have to sign up for all them, (but you'll probably want too), and is for complete newbies to astrology.

We have had a flurry of beautiful babes arrive in our prenatal movement, meditation and antenatal education class, so we have space to welcome in some new expectant Mama's.

Tuesdays at 6.15pm is our in-person group class,

and beginning this Friday, a BRAND NEW online class via Zoom at 10am.

Each class is full of gentle movements, breathwork, visualisations and community that will help to support you through pregnancy and during your birthing experience. All women are so welcome!! Suitable from 12 weeks plus. 🖤

It's here... a 60min weekly prenatal movement, meditation and antenatal education class online!

This class is for Mama's that find it difficult to get out to an in person class, or simply love to practise in the comfort of their own home!
Suitable from 12 weeks plus.

It's the perfect time to connect with your baby and prepare for birth and motherhood. We share in circle, move and rest together.

You can join live and/or enjoy the recording afterwards.

For Mama's who attend in person classes, you can use your block bookings to join online also, giving you 2 classes to choose each week!
