CREATE CURB APPEAL…

When selling your home the outside is arguably the most important part of presenting it to potential buyers.

It is the front cover of your book, it needs to be eye catching and as beautiful as the story told inside.

Top Tip - if you struggle to keep on top of flower borders or you’re on a budget, use plant pots and then you can move them around for the photographs 🙌🙌

Some before and afters are evident that we were needed but some are less apparent.

This before picture is not a bad photo. It’s not a great photo. But it’s really not a bad photo (in estate agency terms)!!

It’s only until after we have styled the room, reshot and edited the photos, that some clients really do see it!! This was one of those clients. She really did put her trust in us, and wasn’t hugely comfortable with someone else coming in, but went with it anyway knowing something had to change! ❤️❤️

The second image is once we had decluttered, styled and angled the right shot! Beautifully edited by our amazing Hora Photography and voila masterpiece created!
