And with the blink of an eye... We are ONE! We can't believe it's already been a year since we opened the doors to you. I can remember clearly the time when Val and I were sitting at the window tables in @covinochester and looking over the road thinking "Maybe we should shake things up a little bit..." Our aim, like with @danoichester, was to bring something fresh and unique to the Chester food scene. A year down the line we are very proud of the quality of product and the service that we have already achieved. We still have millions to improve and to get even more excited about our beautiful little place.
