That Beer Place on Foregate Street is a craft beer & cider lovers’ paradise and a welcoming cultural hub serving up all flavours of entertainment. On the first Sunday of the month, as the clock strikes 2, the ground floor space becomes The Magic Roundabout, a spontaneously meandering musical diversion that invites you to while away the afternoon.

The idea is simple: play the best songs. But what makes them ‘the best’? At The Magic Roundabout, it’s the songs that sound like sunshine – songs that make you glad to hear them again and songs that make you wonder where they’ve been all your life. It’s where you can hear Oasis songs getting the roots reggae treatment, TV themes reimaged as Acid Jazz, and 60's garage rock classics or 80s pop hits following 21st century indie anthems, and it all makes sense.
