HGV HORSEBOX DRIVER WANTED
DGS Horse Transport Ltd has a vacancy for a good experienced horseman or woman to join the team of drivers.
The work is transporting horses around the UK, Ireland and France. to and from Studs, Racing yards and Sales
The successful applicant must hold a LGV C licence and up to date Driver CPC Card, be proficient at being able to drive large rigid lorries and most of all a good, confident horseman.
Duties would include loading and unloading horses for travel, keeping the lorries clean and tidy as well as driving both single manned trips and double manned trips.
We are looking for a hardworking reliable and conscientious person. This is by no means a 9 - 5 job, it will at times require you to be away for 3 or 4 days so applicants must be flexible. Although we do believe this works both ways!!
