It was an incredible night guys. Being in Naples , with my family , entering the guide of the best 100 pizzerias in the world makes us very proud and increases the desire to improve our pizzeria. From the comfort of the restaurant to the service, to the quality of our pizzas. There is certainly a lot of work still to do. And we hope to be able to do it in the next year. In the meantime, we thank @50toppizza for having included us in the guide and also for having awarded us the special prize “ best new entry for 50 top pizza world 2024”.
Even if we open mainly in the evenings , I still have a huge job to do behind the scenes 😃. Let’s start from the morning 😎. And is not everything. When people ask me what makes your pizzas better then others (?) you have so many awards . I don’t know . I only know that I work 11 - 15 hours a day , 6 ( sometimes 7 ) days a week . I’m here since day one and I’m not sure if I could leave it in someone else hands. I would spend more time with my family but it’s stronger than me . since I opened my business I’ ve seen others ( not only pizza places ) , opening, working everyday, and after 1 year leave it to others . Not me 😎
