Lemon, Chocolate and Victoria Sponges.
Once again, the magic of Tilly Fudge Design for the beautiful fans and ‘forty’. She always nails it! 🙌🏼 # # #

Tried this out as a little experiment as not everyone wants a big fancy cake…

Tray bake vanilla sponge (approx 11x7 inches), decorated with up to 4 colours of buttercream (your choice) and sprinkles.

I can also add a fondant rectangle on the top with ‘Happy Birthday’, ‘Congratulations’ etc.

Boxed, ribboned and ready to go! Easy to transport and a really lovely gift with plenty of portions for the whole family/office/work place or just for the recipient themselves!

Last week nearly finished me off! It was EPIC as far as cakes go and I’m not quite sure how it happened!

We did it though Pops 🙌🏼 (Chris Collett).

Close to 100 eggs used, a lot of coffee and very little sleep but worth it to see happy faces ☺️🥰
