Just playing about with a few recipes for menu at Bolsover Beer Festival and Family Fun Day . Braised some apples in some Lilley’s Gingerbread Cider and put a crumble together. This is definitely on the menu 😍

We are at Bolsover Beer Festival and Family Fun Day 2nd and 3rd September.

We will have a selection of puddings and desserts that have stout, beer and cider in them. We will also have a good vegetarian and vegan menu as well.

So just confirmed we are at Fiver Fest Staveley this Friday . Just on with sorting menu out. To keep within the rules of fiver fest we will be offering all our desserts at less than a fiver and will do any dessert off the menu with a hot drink for £5. 😀
