What is InnerDance ?

🌟 INNER DANCE
Inner Dance is not ‘’dance’’ as we typically know it. It is a Sound & Sensory Healing Journey assisting us to shift into heightened perceptions, deeper states of awareness, awakening the innate power to heal from within.

In a safe and sacred space, using music (corresponding to specific brainwaves), and other sensory experiences including intuitive touch, sound and smell, we are assisted to drop into a deep space of trust and allowing.

The Inner Dance process helps us peel away the layers of our conditioned mental limitations. It can slowly reveal our deeper core principles and our primary reason for existing on the planet. It is this remembrance that ultimately leads us to evolve and to embrace a more harmonious way of existing.

Join us in this unique experience. Come with an open heart and journey into the remembrance of your true self through heightened inner awareness of body, mind and emotion as energy. Be a witness to the stories, old patterns, misguided beliefs and stuck emotions you hold within your body or just simply allow whatever release wants to happen.

Everyone’s experience is different and could be visual, physical, energetic, downloads of messages, clarity, release, cathartic or blissful. It begins with lying down on the mat and the body might remain still the entire process or move and surrender with the energy.

YIN YOGA WEDNESDAY's at 6.30pm

Yin yoga, unlike the more dynamic forms of yoga, focuses on passive stretching, primarily targeting the deep connective tissues of the body such as the ligaments, bones, and joints, particularly in the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. We’re excited to share that from the 28th of June we have a new addition to our timetable!

Our Gentle Yoga classes move at a slower pace and are ideal for those wanting more space in their practice.

Throughout the session, you’ll practise a series of mindful movements designed to mobilise joints and build flexibility. All whilst keeping an awareness of the breath to promote a relaxation response within the body and mind. Ideal for beginners, those returning to Yoga and those simply looking for a gentle stretch.

I love teaching Yin Yoga.
Every Wednesday at 6:30pm

What is Yin yoga though ... ?
Simply put, it is time for you to connect with you.
I guide you through a combination of carefully selected poses.
You have the option to use various props such as a bolster and or blocks to help you attain your variation of these poses.
We hold these poses for 2-5 minutes to enable you to truly experience them.
You have the space to draw your awareness within your own body and to connect with your breath.
There is no core work, no balancing on one leg, no flow just holding one pose at a time with an occasional moment of release in what is called a rebound pose.
Some benefits of a Yin practice;
Increasing your overall flexibility.
Improving circulation.
Enhancing the range of motion of your joints and ligaments.
Encouraging you to connect with your breath.
Improving emotional balance.
Reducing symptoms of stress, depression, anxiety, and sleep disturbances.

💜 Options are offered to suit your level & energy on the day
💜 You can pause / rest whenever you need to
💜 Take drink breaks when you want
💜 We offer hands-on assists to help you feel in to the postures deeper (if you don't want this addition, thats no problem!)
💜 We have 4 different class styles available: Hotpod Flow, Nurturing Flow, Dynamic Flow & Sleep Sessions
💜 We firmly believe that yoga is for everyone, everywhere!

Whether you’ve never been to a class, or you’re one of our regular customers, there’s a mat waiting in the pod for you.

Don’t forget to bring plenty of water & a towel big enough to lay over our mats when you come along to a class. You can also hire one of our grippy towels for £2.50!

There’s plenty of free parking, please just leave the spaces in front of the soft play & the electric charging bays free. Arrive 10 minutes early & begin your relaxation time from the minute you park up!
