A customer I’ve done previous works for asked if I could install a set of driveway gates that they had purchased off Facebook, the gates came with the posts and ironmongery.

A job in Wingerworth completed today,
I’ve made this gate with matching fixed side panel to the front of this property, This is 200cm tall by 215cm wide, the gate is fitted with a high security lock & latch, I’ve also added a latch onto the side wall so it can be held open.

Working in Dronfield Woodhouse

I’ve installed these Ikea platsa wardrobes, adding a plinth with matching skirting board & scribed panels to the sides and ceiling makes it a fully built in wardrobe.

Back in Wirksworth this week to build a lean to shed down the side of this property, It’s 4.1m long by 1.1m wide, doors on each end have security locks fitted, the roof is covered with felt & I’ve added mini flow guttering.

I’ve replaced this fence which fell apart when the customers tried to remove the ivy from around the gate which I made them a few months ago, I’ve replaced the gate post & made a vertilap fence panel to fit the space.

A job completed this week in wirksworth to make a gate with two side panels at the top of the driveway so their new dog 🐶 is safe and secure in the garden.

This was completed in two days,

A little job in wingerworth today to make a shelving unit to make use of the space at the end of this kitchen which was just blanked off, It’s now somewhere to put wine bottles and cook books.

Today I’ve made & installed this gate for a customer in Dronfield Woodhouse,

The customers specified they wanted a bolt lock and an auto closing mechanism,

The gate is 1200mm tall x 900mm wide.

Back to Matlock today to fit a new door 🚪 on the en suite to match the doors on the wardrobe I built a couple weeks ago, just finishes it off nicely.

A repeat customer in Wingerworth wanted their front gate replaced, this is to match with the rear gate I made them a couple months ago, The gate is 190cm tall x 80cm wide fitted within a new 4x2 frame.

Fitted with a latch, 2x brenton bolts & a spring.

A return to bolsover to make another curved top picket gate for this customer.

This gate is 80cm wide x 120cm tall

Total cost £150.

Working in Brassington,
I’ve made a pair of gates and a log store.
The posts were already in place and were in decent condition to be reused, the customers sent me a picture of the type of gates they wanted and I’ve made my version of them, the gates are 1.8 wide x 1m tall and I made a matching side panel.

The log store they wanted to sit on the wall it’s 2.4m long x 1.1m high x 0.4m wide with a central shelf.

Everything made on site & completed in two days.

Phase 2

Outdoor Kitchen completed.

The cupboards house the gas bottle for the pizza oven & electrical outlets with the other side as open shelving space, The worktop is a marble effect tile.

Working in Matlock for a returning customer, I’ve built a new walk in wardrobe complete with a shelving unit, two clothes rails & a shoe rack,
There’s a top section for additional storage.

I fitted pine panel doors to the main wardrobe and made pine shaker door for the top storage, I lined the walls in mdf & fitted a new piece of carpet in the space.

Works completed in 4 days

A job in Dronfield Woodhouse,

The customer wanted their wall panelled and new skirting boards & architraves fitting.

I’ve done a backer of 12mm mdf boards with 95mm strips applied to create the shaker look, also adding a top ledge detail, 120mm tourus skirting boards & matching tourus architrave around the door.
I will add additional photos once they have had the room painted.

Today I’ve been in Worksop to make a new arch top gate to replace an existing broken one, I’ve fitted the new gate with a Yale lock & ring latch.

A set of driveway gates completed for a customer in Bolsover, They are 2.5m wide by 1.5m tall, fitted with T hinges, ring latch & security lock.

A little job in Bolsover to replace a broken gate for a new curved top picket gate which I made on site.

A customer in Wingerworth wanted a set of gates for their stable block, these are 230cm tall x 200cm wide, with a 4x4 frame, fitted with hook & band hinges and a security gate lock.

Everything made on site from scratch & completed in 2 days.

This is phase 1 of a project to build an outdoor kitchen area for a returning customer in Mansfield.

Phase 2 will be to make a L shape worktop with cupboards and shelves below.

A job in Holmewood to create a bespoke storage space within the corner of this bedroom, The customer specified they wanted it to be open plan without any doors, and to have shelves and hanging space.

I’ve used a grey oak effect furniture panel.

This week’s job in Wingerworth to build a decking area to the bottom of this garden complete with privacy screen panels & picket fencing and a gate.

The works were completed in 4 days.

Working in Woodseats I’ve made this bespoke corner gazebo which incorporates details from other projects I’ve done which the customers liked.

I’ve built this decking patio for my parents in Glossop.

I have done a mitred frame around the edges with a central spine to divide the deck into two sections, the smaller section was an addition which I’ve done in the same way so it looks in keeping.

I have put the decking boards smooth side up & used concealed fixings, there’s also decking tape on the joists for added protection.

This is 19m2 in total.

A little project I’ve started at home it’s going to become a timber garage eventually, this is phase 1 completed making the front elevation.

For something different I’ve done the cladding on the gates horizontally, I’ve got the high security gate lock fitted & a ring latch.

I’ve completed this part in 3 days,

Today in Brampton I’ve made and fitted this garden gate the customers specified they liked this style, Fitted with a latch & security lock.

I added a new frame and upvc architrave to match with the fascia board, the door is fitted with a high security lock.
