A little later than usual, but orders are now being taken…

All cakes are round unless otherwise requested. The fruit (no peel) is soaked before baking, they are then fed and left to mature.
Cakes are topped with marzipan, fully fondant iced and decorated ( marzipan, icing and decoration is optional). All are presented in a box.

This was a special bake as it was for my amazing Mum’s birthday.
A 3 layer Victoria sponge, with an ombré effect Swiss meringue buttercream ( my first time, and I love it!!!)

After a busy few months I have managed to enjoy a couple of weeks with my family and starting to plan 2022!

This is a very special cake….. for my Son!

🍭 Yesterday I had the pleasure of making these cakes!!
As you can see the theme was sweets for both!!!
A simple Victoria sponge filled with jam and fresh cream and topped with all Ben’s favourite sweets!!

A traditional chocolate finger cake again topped with all Heidi’s favourite sweets!!
