I see the daffodils waking from their sleep.
I hear the birds sing in the mornings and realise that I have missed hearing their song.
I smell the spice of hot cross buns.
I feel the warmth of the spring sun and the promise of better things to come.
I taste the luxury of melting chocolate on my tongue.

Nationally unused medicines cost the NHS an estimated £300m a year which could pay for more than 11,000 community nurses or 300,000 drug treatment courses for Alzheimer’s.
Even if prescription medicines are unopened they cannot be recycled or used by anyone else once they have left a community pharmacy and have to be destroyed.

Your local pharmacy is the place to go to get any prescription medicines and clinical advice for minor health concerns. But they do a lot more than that.
As well as helping with common illnesses – like sore throats, coughs, colds, tummy troubles and aches and pains – pharmacy teams can also help with stopping smoking, cutting down on alcohol, advice on safe s*x and emergency contraception.
Many pharmacies are open until late and at weekends. You don't need an appointment – you can just walk in. Find a pharmacy near you: http://bit.ly/2E6hQhQ
