Small job we completed the other week for a local physiotherapy centre loose lay Tarkett safetred serenity with Quantum set in skirting around the perimeter.

One we have just completed over in leyland removed the old laminate flooring and ceramics and gave the floor a full grind dpm and smoothing compound before we installed Camaro-NakedBlondeOak Large parquet & the standard woodplank to the kids play room really pleased with the finish on this alot of work went into this one. 290sqmtr floor preparation job we recently completed in brindle completed in 2 days ready for tilers to start their install works.

Before and afters one we have recently completed in coppull, LVT on the 45 with border and desgin strip safe to say the customers are over the moon with this one and what a choice of flooring they went for looks amazing!. Product we used for this one is the Fusion-naked blonde oak with walnut design strips.

Another one we recently completed over in coppull the customer wanted the same lvt running through from the kitchen into the new dining area not a problem quick coat of screed and fitted this Karndean knight tile- Portland stone with chalk design strips nice easy one customer was made up thats all that matters for us 💯

One we have recently completed over in euxton this kitchen area product Luvanto pace- New York Grey tiles

One we completed before christmas 6mm ply screed and lvt installed product used Fusion-island oak

Removal of old tiles nice coat of screed then fitted Luvanto sunbleached spruce throughout this kitchen diner & utility

One we have been working on along side jack @ Above & Beyond Joinery and Building coming together now bit of joinery work to complete for jack now floors finished then its a wrap

If your needing any work doing get intouch with jack highly recommended been to a good few jobs hes fitted out before ive done floors the work is spot on

Some before and after images of a job we have completed in the past couple of days, as you can see from the images damage across the middle of the kitchen this is caused by flex and movement where the wooden floorboards meet the concrete subfloor with no support it has to much flex and the bodge job the previous installers had done didnt hold out, we installed support followed by an overlap of 9mm plywood screw and plugged into the concrete also they screeded directly over floor paint which is a big NONO as you can see that also failed so that was removed along with the floor paint then we applied an epoxy dpm throughout followed by a nice pour of level flex screed customers really pleased with the finish now onto the next one

One we have just completed in chorley ripped out the old laminate flooring epoxy dpm screed then fitted this lvt using fusion- roasted oak.

Nice lvt job completed over in euxton epoxy dpm completed on an evening to avoid putting the house out of use throughout the day as this requires around 8hours drying time, screeded with a fast setting screed the day after then the following day we installed this invictus lvt in a day another one that went smoothly just how we like them and as usual straight onto the next. Entrance to an office block completed in chorley over 2 evenings due to how busy it is it was decided out of hours was the way forward for this one, camaro tile lvt was the chosen one for this job really pleased with the finish in and out onto the next 👍

Small job completed in fusion- willow grey oak, 9mm ply and a fibre screed throughout popular choice fusion at the moment quality product

Some before and after works completed at chorley little theatre simple uplift and re fit new carpet tiles throughout the theatre safe to say its looking refreshed 💯
