Definitely feeling much hungrier, tired, flatter and exhausted but all that will worth in 2 weeks time when I step on the stage again with βΌοΈβΌοΈβΌοΈ
For which I'm extremely excited!
That might be my last conditioning post for the next 2 weeks,but now I'm just going to keep digging and bring my best package ever!

How to achieve proper progress?
Stop focusing on sprinting to the finish line and start enjoying the journey process.
Don't stress about how to lose 20kg as quickly as possible. Set up a smaller, more manageable goals- losing 1kg per week for example.
Be in it for the long run and see it as more of a steady marathon of longer duration.
