Moon in Aquarius has a strong need for emotional freedom. After a long dark winter we start to feel the light coming back slowly I up our lives. Giving us thoughts of moving and changing our lives ready for a new season approaching.

Aquarius new moon will activate us to be our authentic selves, and we’ll feel pushed to transform and change what’s not in alignment.

This upcoming Aquarius season will be a rare impetus for change in our individual lives and as a collective. Not only will the sun be in Aquarius, but we will experience Pluto’s reentrance into Aquarius. Pluto is the planet of destruction and it will again push away what in our lives isn’t serving us.

As with every new moon, now’s the time to rest, recharge, and allow your energy to recalibrate as a new lunar cycle begins.

Sagittarian energy is loud, bold, and never apologetic. Harness that new moon energy and do the thing you’ve been wanting to do but didn’t feel ready for, good enough for, or even slightly embarrassed about. Now’s the time to release the fear, say goodbye to the doubt, and take the leap into the ether without looking back!

New moons are the time for new beginnings, and as we say goodbye to the year of 2023 we’re also saying hello to a new year just around the corner…

Due to the success of my last to retreat days I am hosting LET GO and SURRENDER a women’s only Day Retreat on December 10th.

This will be a beautiful day of deep somatic work and connection with self through, Yin Yoga, Hypnotherapy, Reiki, Sharing circle, Conscious Connected Breathwork and working with the planet medicine of Cacao along with a few extras added along the way.

September for The Aries ♈️ full moon 🌕

Ceremonial Cacao and somatic healing yoga women’s circle these new women’s circles will complement my new moon Ceremonial Cacao and Breathwork circles each end of the Luna cycle.

This full full moon yoga circle will be for the full moon in Aries ♈️

Spaces are limited due to the emotional element of this type of healing. Somatic yoga is all floor based asana working with the meridian Chanel’s and deep facia tissues releasing stuck energy and emotion. Ceremonial cacao will be served to work with the heart opening feminine spirit.

Each month we will be focusing on a different healing theme to allow us to explore and go deep within ourselves.

Hi Ladies

I have a couple of spaces left for the women’s cacao and breathwork circle in Clevedon on 12th July in person starting at 18.30 - 17.45

Cacao is a heart open plant medicine that allows you to connect deeply with self and the breathwork I guide you through is a conscious connected breathwork that helps with depression, anxiety, released stick or trapped emotions and can help with many many other things.

It’s a beautiful practice to connect with your higher and deeper knowing and it releass DMT in your brain which helps with accessing past memories or future experiences.

It’s a women’s only circle and spaces are limited due to the nature of this type of work.

I am a qualified yoga and conscious connected beathwork teacher. A women’s circle trained facilitator. Trauma informed and a trainee psychotherapeutic counsellor in my last year of studies.

Flower Essences have been part of my life for over twenty years. ✨

My first remedy I ever used on myself was crab apple 🍎 which is know as the cleansing remedy.

To help people who dislike some aspect of their appearance or personality or feel that they have something unclean or poisonous about them.

Mine was due to having really bad acne that made me feel dirty and unloved impure. Little did I know at the time it was also linked to sexual trauma I had gone through at a young age. Everything we go through has an effect on our deeper psyche even if we think we are ok. I thought I had dealt with it by brushing it off and putting my brave face forward. Unfortunately our bodies and auric fields don’t work like that. I would go in to suffer with skin conditions until I was in my mid 30s and really started to heal myself and look at things I had been through and start healing them properly not pushing them deeper inside. I still use crab apple it’s an essence that deeply resonates with me.

Flower essences are a form of herbal medicine used in flower therapy. They contain the vibrational energy of flowers, which can improve negative thoughts and emotions.

Flower essences were developed to restore this spiritual rift, thereby harmonizing the imbalances between mind, body and soul. These remedies work by raising the lower vibrations generated by a negative mindset, thereby opening up the channels to receive guidance from our higher self.

I qualified three years ago with the Dr Bach school in Oxford UK to be able to offer bespoke blends to people depending on what state of mind they currently feel has the biggest effect on their health and wellbeing.

I have three different size bottles available to order. I generally take a different remedy myself every month and if it’s for a deeper rooted issue I will take the same remedy for three months.
