The power of OM

OM (AUM) is the source, the vibration & consciousness of the entire universe.

It is said to represent the three states of consciousness: waking, dreaming, and sleeping. Chanting it can bring about a sense of unity and wholeness.

The tapestry woven by chanting Om or using its vibrational frequency is rich with potential benefits. Regular practice is associated with:

* Reduced stress and a deep sense of relaxation
* Enhanced mental clarity and focus
* A blossoming of self-awareness and acceptance
* The ability to access deeper states of meditation

The power of OM lies in its ability to connect with something vaster than ourselves, while simultaneously fostering a sense of harmony within.

How can you introduce the power of OM into your daily routine?

It’s been two weeks since I had an unfortunate kitchen accident and severely burnt my left foot. Although the pain and frustration of being unable to do much other than rest comes in waves, I have been able to take solace in my daily rituals both old and new.

Being able to rest and truly lean into what my body is needing is something that I extremely grateful for along with my healing tool kit, meditation, sound, frequency and flower medicine has allowed me to deepen my practices and find gratitude in a profound way.

The rose hydrolat from has been a dream to lean into opening my heart to experiencing all that has come up whilst resting and healing.

My trusty tuning fork that I always start my day with, allowing a safe healing and vibration that supports me.

A beautiful vegan collagyn from giving my body a wonderful start to the day and supporting my skin as it repairs and heals.

And the Healy on loan from the wonderful bringing a beautiful set of frequencies to allow me to heal my skin and reduce the scaring that I will ultimately end up with.

I am abundant with love, gratitude and support whilst I heal and I cannot wait to hold sacred space for you soon from an even more wide open heart space.

I’m thrilled to be holding a Chiron themed sound bath for those in attendance in one of my absolute favourite locations within Glastonbury!

Absolutely gorgeous evening at Wild Heart Drums drum circle for the Spring Equinox with my sound sister Tara Baggott ✨so blessed to experience the coming together of over 30 drummers, the vibration, the power, the community. My heart is overflowing 💗

We are back at the gorgeous Phoenix Tree in Highbridge on the 31st of March. Spend your Sunday of the bank holiday weekend being bathed in the sounds and vibrations of crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs, drums and other instruments whilst setting your intention for the month ahead.
