Everyone is welcome to come along and try it out regardless of wether you have the right footwear 🤪

And this week we have a Saturday friendly game from 2pm, come along and cheer us on 🙌🏼

And as normal the bar is open for all 😊

Thurs- League game - Only 2 more games left of the season now, so sadly unless we win big it looks like we’ll be staying in the same league for next year. Bring on next year!!

Friday- Barefoot bowls 🦶🏼
🔆This is a laid back evening for anyone who might want to try bowling, or just a social get together with friends 🔆

Some really sad and shocking news to share with you guys, although not bowls related we think you should know about it.
This is what a small minority of people think of the huge effort the local council have put in to refurbishing the field and area surrounding our bowls club 😏 This Is NWLeics

What an amazing open day. It was great seeing so many new faces and families having fun and giving bowls a try for the first time. We hope to see you all down at the club again.

OFFICIAL CLUB OPENING

Morning all, the club is pleased to announce that the green and club house will open on Saturday 15th May at 10AM.
Please come down to the club and meet the members and give bowls a try. All abilities and ages welcome, so come down and give it a go.

JUNIORS COACHING

Juniors coaching will start on Tuesday 18th May at 6PM with the clubs coach Dave Larkin. Please come down to the club and meet Dave and he’ll be able to assist you with improving your game with fun, skill based activities and in an enjoyable and relaxed environment.

We look forward to welcoming you to the club from the 15th and hope to see you all soon.

Our latest ‘Return to Play’ guidance for affiliated clubs is now available, as lawn bowls as an outdoor sport can return from Monday!

The guidance we have developed for our affiliated clubs supplements the Government guidance by covering situations specific to the sport of lawn bowls.

The return of sport and physical activity is vital to the physical and mental health of the nation, and we know our sport has a big role to play in providing an opportunity for outdoor activity as the lockdown restrictions ease.

BOWLS ENGLAND LOOKS FORWARD TO THE START OF THE 2021 OUTDOOR SEASON

Today’s roadmap for the easing of lockdown restrictions enables Bowls England, counties and affiliated clubs to prepare with confidence for the 2021 outdoor season. The Prime Minister’s announcement confirmed that outdoor affiliated bowls clubs will be able to open from 29 March.

Hopefully should be back to bowling on the 29th of March and back to normal by June.
