I clearly remember those nursery drop-offs when my boys were little (now 13 and 11) often filled with tears.

Yes - now 4 and 2—but life is completely different this time round.

Whilst going into a business of my own wasn’t a light decision, it was my way of making an empowered choice and taking control over my future so I could:

It’s normal for things to fail.

And whilst this can sound disheartening, and make you question why do it, the reassuring truth is that success often emerges from a very small number of events interspersed among all those failures.

Recently, during my morning runs, I got stuck into “The Psychology of Money” by Morgan Housel, reiterating that success rarely comes in a straight line. Housel states:

“Long tails—the farthest ends of a distribution of outcomes—have tremendous influence in finance, where a small number of events can account for the majority of outcomes.“

While it may seem counterintuitive to think that we can be wrong half of the time and still succeed, it underscores the power of endurance while working towards our goals.

Remember - Every step holds the potential for exponential success!

For me, having four kids and running a business really doesn’t allow much room for trial and error.

Hey there!

Let me share a few things here so we get to know each other better!

With 18 years of experience in HR, OD & Leadership Coaching, in 2022 I leaped into business to empower women like me to find freedom and financial success.

I have trained with the incredible Kendall SummerHawk and now deliver her proven step-by-step Money Breakthrough Business Coaching Framework to help women achieve just that.

But my life isn't just about coaching… 🥰

As well as my business, I have a pretty hectic family life! I live with my husband and our children: 👦 12 👦 11 & 👧 3 👦 2 and two 🐈 🐈‍⬛ in our self-built house in the Essex countryside.

My beginnings were humble, I am the youngest one out of five, and the only girl. I started school a year earlier so I could complete my education with my brother to spare my parents another year of school runs! But thanks to that I was already out of uni by the age of 20 embarking on my adult life!

Despite dyslexia, I managed to master two languages and get educated to the postgraduate level across two different countries - ongoing learning and growth always take precedence.

Besides coaching and family time, I love gardening 🌱🪴🌲🥀☘️🌼 I’ve even contemplated a career in garden design but coaching was ultimately my final choice!

My dream holiday is an adventure tour across Japan, exploring traditional Japanese living and rich food culture, staying in family-run ryokan’s, and immersing myself in the day-to-day life and rituals.

One day, I will also learn to surf!

Deep down, I think I knew this a long time ago.

I recall myself talking to a colleague of mine telling her that I love my job for many reasons but at the same time, if I did not go back there the next day it wouldn’t bother me one bit.

I realised this was because my true values and passion were pointing somewhere else, there were other opportunities out there for me that could offer much more meaning and deeper connection.

The key was to discover what it is that truly matters, what is so important to me that I would want to fight for it, I would go into the fire for - and that certainly wasn't my day job.

It was hard to put it down to just one thing but the one underlying value that everything seemed to stem from was about fulfilling true potential.

Realising our talents, dreaming big and going for it, living life to the full, making the most of our opportunities, not being held back by our fears and limiting beliefs - simply NOT SETTLING for what is where we know we are capable of so much more…

I decided, I wanted to live my life honoring that value every day.

When was the last time you did something for the first time?
