Rice cooked with one spoon of turmeric, colour looks much better and ther is not much different taste.
Perfect rice from is one of my favourites. I used a lot.

In the pan, I fried one red onion and then added around half of the nappa cabbage sliced into stripe and then added my favourite prawns, cooked for a few minutes by adding my favour spices, spicy flakes, soya souce garlic, red pepper.
In the end, all mixed together with rice, it was delicious

Simply meal ready in around 30 minutes

with chicken amazing vary tasty it's just perfect.

It was my first time that I made something like that, very tasty food. I didn't realise that rice can taste so good. I definitely will do more often now, as you can serve with other meets or veg, delicious

Polish soup

It is one of the cheapest sup and also very healthy and tasty 😋

I brought today the whole chicken where I only use a chicken back and 2x wings. The rest I will use for another dinner.

Ingredients

➡️ chicken back
➡️ carrots
➡️ parsnips
➡️ potatoes
➡️ pearl burley
➡️ chicken stock ( I used my own )
➡️ salt and pepper
➡️ 2- 3 allspice
➡️ fresh parsley
➡️ garlic

I'm sure most of the ingredients you have at home

First, put water and add the chicken, and let it cook slowly for a while, then add allspice chicken stock parsnips, carrots, and potatoes ( chopp in small pieces) add pearl burley and cook till all vegetable are soft.
Served with fresh parsley
