King’s Road Park is the last project of its scale in the South Fulham Riverside Regeneration Area. Creating over 1,800 homes, restoring two Grade II listed buildings and providing 100,000 sq. ft. of commercial space for an eclectic mix of restaurants, bars and offices. Cinema Luxe were commissioned to design and fit-out this modern take on classic cinema for the prestigious Riverstone development at 375 Kensington High Street. Sitting at the heart of the residents facilities in this super prime location; Cinema Luxe were tasked with taking this project from shell to completion. The Lake House
The Lake House. Cinema Luxe were commissioned to create this one off high end roof space cinema at a prestigious Hertfordshire residence. Designed within a difficult roof space, Cinema Luxe created this monochrome masterpiece. Rich textures of dark Alcantara suede and smoked oak veneer contrast the property’s light and classic interior. A jaw dropping linear fibre optic ceiling that continues down the rear wall, bespoke Alcantara seating and two recessed backlit marble bars come together to produce a true one off design.
