Okay, so maybe 1 hour wasn't enough notice for our free class offer last week, so we are going to offer it again this week.

Free class for any 4 and 5 year olds in our new class for those ages only.

The class is on Thursdays 5.00 - 5.45 at the Arncliffe Centre

Obviously breathing is the most important thing you can do to get through the day, but did you know that changing how you breathe can have a massively beneficial impact on your immune function and stress levels.

Try this simple box breathing exercise to calm your mind.

Breathe in gently through your nose for four seconds, hold for four seconds, breathe out for four, hold again for four. Repeat five times and take a note of how you feel.

Affirmations are an important part of yoga practice, they help to condition our minds in a healthy and positive way, giving us a more positive outlook and happy life 🙏

I’ve been teaching for about four years now. I am a yoga instructor, back care specialist and breath coach. I very strongly believe that yoga can help everybody, regardless of your physical and mental needs, yoga can improve everyone’s quality of life.
2024 is the year that I’m growing and expanding to fulfil my mission of making yoga accessible for everyone.
