Our Story
Here at Midland Alarm Services Ltd we have been providing security and safety to thousands of homes and businesses throughout the UK since 1987. We understand the needs of the security-conscious householder and business owner. We can design, maintain and update a system to protect you and your family or business.
When we started the business 30 years ago security systems were very different than they are today. Our highly trained team deliver bespoke solutions to both homes and businesses from design and upgrade to installation and maintenance, using a range of wireless electronic systems. In the early 1990s, we started working with the regions housebuilders: Cala Homes, Persimmon and Charles Church to name but a few. The partnership with these housebuilders demanded the highest quality security systems on the market; a practice we’ve continued to this day with every alarm we now fit.
These include HKC Quantum 70 and Visonic Powermaster range. The security market is ever-evolving, so we go beyond simply installing and maintaining a security system. Our job is to provide bespoke consultancy and advice to our customers and support them from quote to installation and providing maintenance when needed. On that basis we work hard to develop long-term relationships with our clients.
