What a lovely morning at Coventry parkrun. Lots of smiles to run, walk and cheer parkrun, followed by a cuppa and a chat!

Good morning. Its 5kyw Coventry parkrun this Saturday. We will meet by the Bistro cafe at 8.45 and head to the start to walk, volunteer, cheer or run. We will be back at the cafe for coffee and a chat afterwards 😊

As Coventry parkrun is cancelled. We are not meeting there today but wikl head over to Leamington 5K Your Way, Move Against Cancer . Hope to see you all in March instead!

No parkrun today Coventry parkrun

Coventry parkrun is cancelled this morning.

Rain and the frost overnight has left numerous patches of frost and ice.

Easy to run/walk round in small groups but we're not comfortable with the large numbers we have going out on to the course.

The sun is out but there's no guarantee it will clear in time to ensure everyone can get round safely.

It's 5kyw Coventry parkrun on Saturday! Looking forward to seeing you by the cafe at 8.45am ready to walk, run,volunteer or cheer parkrun. Will be back at the cafe after for a chat 😀

A lovely morning celebrating 5 years of Coventry 5K Your Way, Move Against Cancer Coventry parkrun with our friends from Leamington 5K Your Way, Move Against Cancer

This Saturday is 5 years since our first 5kyw Coventry parkrun. It would be good to see some of you who have joined us to run, walk, volunteer or cheer over the past 5 years again on Saturday!

It is Coventry 5kyw Coventry parkrun next Saturday. Look out for us and say hi. We will meet at the cafe at 8.45 am and return there after for coffee and a chat.

At this month's 5kyw, we will be welcoming our friends from Leamington again. Who else will be there to meet them?

We're on tour again in January!
There is no Leamington parkrun on 27th January due to the Midlands XC event. So, we are going on tour to visit our 5k your way at Coventry 5K Your Way, Move Against Cancer . Watch this space for further details!

Hello! For those of you who fancy getting out for some fresh air and for some walking, running, volunteering or cheering, we will be Coventry parkrun as it is the last Saturday of the month (and the year!). It would be lovely to see you before (by the cafe by the Bowls' green), during parkrun or back at the cafe after for a catch up!

We had a lovely morning Coventry parkrun on Saturday with 5K Your Way. Move Against Cancer to walk, jog, volunteer and cheer (and drink coffee and chat :)). We will meet up again on Saturday 25th November, 8.45am at the Cafe by the Bowls' green.

Each 5K Your Way event has dedicated ambassadors who serve as friendly faces and guides for participants. These ambassadors will be there to meet and greet you at a designated meeting spot, ensuring that you feel welcomed and supported. Some of the ambassadors may join you in walking or running the 5K distance, providing companionship and motivation along the way.

After the walk or run, the ambassadors will gather everyone together for a well-deserved opportunity to socialize. This post-event gathering is a chance to connect with others, share experiences, and enjoy some much-needed hot drinks and cake. It creates a warm and inviting atmosphere where participants can find support, build friendships, and feel a sense of community.
