Im sorry the team at Nisa felt that litter picking wasnt good enough for the business and that i am no longer there to chip in and support good causes in the community. A manager of a store should not only worry about how much they can make in my eyes and my Scottish routes, we should give back to the community and earn our locals regular support, BUT for some owners its just clock in, clock out and take as much money as you can and thats probably why im not there anymore although they never told me why they let me go :(

I will still happily come over from Ashington and do litter picks with you if you keep in touch with me and let me know when these events are happening.

Sacked without a reason an hour after getting my nisa uniform! Turned up every day, cycled to work to make sure i always get there on time loved the customers and got on well and MTCS group can't give me a reason other than its not working out. I gave up my home to move to the area and put the shop before mybl family and pets and gave it 100% and that's how I am treated!
