⭐️ 5 TIPS TO IMPROVE BATH TIME ⭐️ 1. Don’t feed your dog within 1 / 2 hours of bath time. This can make your dog feel uncomfortable during bathing - which does not create a positive association with bath time / grooming. 2. Always use a dog / puppy shampoo. This is because dog’s have specific skin pH levels that need to be respected and looked after. Prebiotic shampoos are particularly great. 3. Always wet your dog first and then apply a small amount of shampoo to a shower puff. Use the shower puff to massage the shampoo into your dog’s coat. This creates a lovely thick lather of shampoo and is deep cleaning. It also saves shampoo! 4. Always shampoo twice (like when you wash your hair!) . The first time removes all the dirt and debris and the second time cleans the dog. This also speeds up drying time. 5. Use a synthetic chamois at the end of the bath to soak up excess water. This also speeds up drying time (which isn’t any dog’s favourite time Im sure!) Nathalie 🐾 x
