Celebrating 50 golden years!✨✨✨
6" chocolate fudge cake filled with Belgian milk chocolate buttercream and ganache, coated in milk chocolate ganache and smooth lilac fondant icing, with a shimmering golden top. Hand made sugar blooms dressed the top of the cake, & speckles of gold leaf were added as a final touch. The lilac colour was a nod to the bride's lilac wedding dress.💜
A perfect size cake for a smaller celebration this evening. Huge congratulations to the happy couple!💖

9" classic vanilla sponge cake, filled with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam, coated in a rustic, layered-effect vanilla buttercream, edged with a touch of gold.✨
Fondant animal figures created using Karen Davies sugarpaste. 'One' topper by 'vvcollection' at the Vanilla Valley, which I glammed up with a touch of gold leaf to compliment the cake.💖

Sugar flowers...it's been a while, but I was back doing what I love best this week creating these vibrant but delicate blooms from sugar. Hours of work & a good few late nights this week, & my arms & hands are feeling it now 😅, but I'm so happy with how they turned out when I put them all together.😌
This was a huge 10" square lemon sponge cake, filled with lemon buttercream and lemon curd, coated in Belgian white chocolate ganache beneath smooth white fondant icing.
The top right side of the cake was left free for a tiara to be added at the party.👑🎉

These cakes were made at the very end of the summer term for our year 6 leavers party. They are 9" square sheet cakes, one in chocolate fudge & the other classic vanilla with raspberry jam & vanilla buttercream.💙
