As Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects within budget and on schedule.

Your ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and subcontractors will be vital for maintaining positive relationships and ensuring project success. Additionally, your problem-solving abilities and attention to detail will contribute to resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Responsibilities:

- Work alongside contractors and subcontractors on projects
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Skills:

- Confident in reading drawings
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities to address challenges and find innovative solutions
- Leadership qualities to motivate and inspire team members

We competed this roofing project recently. ☑️

This was a listed building which required Delabole Rag Slate. The slates come from a town in North Cornwall, called Delabole. The little town is home to the largest and oldest slate quarry in England.

We have recently completed this full refurbishment on a Farm House in Taunton. Works included structural repairs, new layout, new kitchen, new bathrooms, roof repairs, new bespoke windows and new concrete driveway.
