Completed Grade II heritage project using natural Canadian slates including detailing in lead and even more lead !!

Phase 1 scaffolding finally being removed and Phase 2 moving forward, we certainly needed the temporary roof with this British weather.

Phase 1 fully completed now the job of moving the temporary scaffolding roof over to phase 2

Another full replacement domestic roof covering completed using a 49 type interlocking tile including pointing to chimney, chimney cowls, bay flat roof, Upvc facia/soffts and rainwater gutters 👊🏼

The start of a new grade ll listed roof replacement that involved a tree preservation order, the complete roof needing to be replaced using all natural materials to suit heritage and the conservation area - watch this space for the roof journey 🥸

Work in progress on this RC framed new build with a full build up of structural waterproofing, inverted insulation and Blue/Green roof finishes 👊🏼
