It is with great sadness, we must announce that our chairman Padraig Colohan has passed away aged 80. Padraig sadly suffered a stroke 11 days ago, and sadly lost his battle yesterday (Monday 24th April 2023).

Padraig founded the business in 1973 and was celebrating 50 years in business this year. He was one of a kind, and was respected by everyone he knew in the industry. From the messages we have received so far, it’s clear to see how big of an impact he has had on so many peoples lives.

To say we are all devastated is an understatement. We are all deeply sorry for his loss, and hope to continue his legacy. Whilst we operate as normal, please bear with us over the next couple of weeks as we take time to grieve, and say goodbye to someone that meant the world to us.

Our deepest thoughts are with his wife Mary, daughters Rachel & Karen, son Paul, and all his grandchildren – he will be deeply missed.

Copley Close Phase 6 (known as Copley Castle Bar) on behalf of has come to an end! We have been involved with this project since day one, whereby our scope has included the enabling works, piling mats, piling attendance, all substructure works, 4 reinforced concrete frames, and all associated hard landscaping works.

This is the second phase we have been involved in as part of Hanwell's Copley Close regeneration project. This particular phase will provide 202 new homes to Ealing Council. Out of these homes, 66 will be social rent, discounted market or shared ownership, and the remaining will be for private sale.

Our hard landscaping works are now complete at our project in Chertsey on behalf of

Our scope on this scheme included the piling mats, all piling works (inclusive of design), ground bearing raft slabs (inclusive of design), all associated groundworks including drainage, services, and the hard landscaping works.

This scheme will now provide 147 new homes and additional facilities for NHS staff, which will boost support for keyworkers at St Peter's Hospital.

We look forward to starting the next phase of this scheme later this year.

The team were busy prepping the slabs for concrete, in readiness for the pours lined up for tomorrow.
