Chips are still the Nations Favourite Did you know that Potatoes change with the seasons some better than others giving different textures and tastes,regardless we still try to maintain a high standard of quality throughout the year and after many years we are still asked questions about Chips..?? How do we make our chips .?? do we cut them by hand or are they pre-cut & do we grow our own spuds ..?? Answer..NO Here’s a little insight to how we make our chips .. Firstly the potatoes go through a rumbler to take the skin off..we then remove any bad bits by hand before they’re put through a chipper then treated in water to stop them going off colour Finally they go in to the fryer where they are cooked at high temperature to a golden crisp Please like follow and share our page

Did you know that we make our own coleslaw here at Michaels Our dad started this years ago and we’ve carried it on using the same recipe You can buy this in tubs or have it on a jacket potato If you haven’t tried it already then give it a try it’s delicious 😃
