A full clear out of this guttering in Oakwood was completed recently, if left it would have potentially led to water damage on the property.

We were high flying last week, with a half chimney removal in chaddesden.

All done and dusted in a couple of days, all scaffold provided by ourselves so no extra costs for the customer meaning we could do it at a crazy cheap price.

En-suite refurbishment

We recently completed this en-suite bathroom in Mickleover

All of the shower walls were waterproofed, the tray was tanked into position and sealed.

The floor was removed and waterproof boarded before tiling all of this comes as standard with our bathroom jobs.

Led mirror, vanity unit, shower cubicle, towel rail were all supplied and fitted.

All of the job was completed including the tiling and suite fittings by ourselves so no need for hundreds of tradesman coming in and out.

Loving a bit of extreme tiling today all 4 seasons in 10 minutes

We love a bit of external tiling and what a choice this is for this extension in smalley.

All tiles were given the full back butter treatment with flexible adhesive for a solid fix in all weather conditions

We changed this bath screen in Chaddesden from a bifold that had deteriorated to a fresh new glass screen that really smartened things up

Not pictures to catch the eye this time and they might not look a lot but with a lot of bathroom fits the most important part is the prep work.

we always waterproof and tank out our wet areas and backer board our bathroom floors for longevity and secure fixing.

When it’s comes to floor tiling we give every tile the full respect, with a full bed of adhesive and back buttering of every tile for the best adhesion possible.

A stud wall can make a big difference!

We recently built this stud wall to match the gradient of the stairs keeping the storage space underneath, but it’s made a massive difference to the temperature of the room keeping all the warmth downstairs which is well needed with this weather.

A nice little en-suite job to finish for the year, this was definitely the year of black showers and cubicles !
