Whole room complete in Weston underwdood recently, exterior walls insulation boarded along with the ceiling (glued and screwed) new windows sills installed on both windows. 2 socket recessed, light pendant moved to the middle of the ceiling as it was right by the window. Double wardrobe door made into a single door. Skirts and architraves Fitted all round. 👌🏾

Large warm roof ceiling completed in Hilton, boarded and skimmed, along with a couple of sections of wall, it took a very impressive shape once the plaster was on 🙌🏾

Another job we completed recently in Allenton, 2 water damage ceilings over-boarded and skimmed along with a section of wall that was also water damage that we cut out, treated and replastered.

A job we completed recently in Melbourne.
Our clients wanted to retain the character of Home and with a modern home feel. We hand formed corners and squared some up, while putting little cottage style niches above every window. Bedding render mesh into every wall with undercoat plaster and skimming smooth.
Ground floor we didn’t get chance to take before and after pictures but we XPS insulation boarded 2 external walls and wall boarded 2 other and skimmed all 4 walls.

Pebble dash patch work around 19 windows, completed last week in Ashbourne, for a lovely couple. lots of preparation and stop, starting because of the typical uk weather, but we got there in the end and the results were as close to perfect as patching pebbles gets.

Full re-skim, left clean and tidy with all fixtures & fitting back in place.

Water damage ceiling in Edgbaston, Birmingham this week, that we took down re-boarded with vapour boards and skimmed, along with the tops of the walls that we fibre taped and skimmed into the existing walls.

At the back end of a very long week we squeezed this one in.

Damp proofing job we completed last week in Normanton. Using a PermaSEAL membrane kit, boarded, skimmed and new skirting board all round.

Job completed in Long Eaton, after the sparkys had done there bit. We located the joist fastened some sagging sections back to the joist, the ceiling was in pretty good condition so an overboard wasn’t necessary. filled all the chases. fIbre taped any cracks and weak points, filled the chases, primed and skimmed this large bedroom to a very high Standard for a very polite and appreciative customer and I’m sure we’ll be back in the new year for more work.

Bay window repair in Chellaston for a retuning coustomer.
Repaired the cracks both sides. Removed the radiator, render meshed over both repairs, beaded where needed. And skimmed to the highest standard.

Kitchen extension completed this week in sinfin. 40mm PIR insulation boards used on all the walls, everything laser levelled straight, because the walls had 3 different steps but everything went smoothly and finished smoother.😎

Job completed for a lovely return customer of ours in Littleover, ceiling over-boarded and skimmed. Did a few bits of rebuilding with render mesh and bonding coat around the sill’s and over top of the main door and the walls primed and skimmed smooth. And Thank you Fay for the cooked breakfast both days keeping us fuelled up. 10/10 for hospitality 😋

Job completed in Sandiacre this week. A problematic bay window that keeps cracking on both sides. So we took it back to brick. Mechanically fastened, stainless steel mesh, Both sides of the cracks (into the block and into the brick) applied a a concrete fibre reinforced base coat and skimmed.
Upstairs: we removed the radiator scraped the ceiling primed with sbr and skimmed the whole bedroom, using render mesh in sections for badly deteriorated sections of wall.

Job completed in spondon last week. The Boarding and skim of this warm roof went according to plan, and another very neat and tidy job we did.

Job completed in Chellaston last week. ensuite storage room. we rebuild the external wall with base coat, Plaster & render mesh before skimming. & patched in a block up door way in another bedroom. Nice tidy job
