Mental health awareness, Mental health resilience are the core of each package basic package offered. Every work place can then if required bolt on any other requirements.....trauma awareness for those maybe in an emergency services role or security industry, stress awareness and stress management for those maybe in high pressure roles, anxiety management and low mood. Each package can be tailored to your own company needs.
Presented by current or ex military mental health professionals.
A military twist to the usual mental health briefs with insight into the requirements of operational deployments.
