💥Luke's top 3 exercises to build a strong back💥 Pull Ups - Grab a bar with a grip slightly wider than shoulder-width -Bring your scapula down and in -Pull yourself up by pulling your elbows down to the floor -Slight pause -Lower yourself all the way back down Bent Over Row - Knees bent, bring torso forward slightly, feet shoulder width apart - Back straight, parallel to the floor - Lift the barbell up towards your sternum, keeping your elbows tucked in - Pause at the top of the movement, squeezing back muscles- Slowly lower the barbell back to the starting positionLandmine Row- Feet hip width apart, chest perpendicular to the barbell- Brace your core - Hinge at the hips, slight bend in your knees- Pull shoulder blade back first, then row driving the elbows backTry these next time you train back and let us know how you got on! 🤩
