The weekend of 5th July at 'The View Campsite' there will be opportunities for Sound Journeys; meditations with Sound ✨🎶

✨Alexander will guide use through a journey of sound using singing bowls, chimes, bells and gongs. Creating a blissful space for relaxing and space for meditation. With no experience necessary the sound scapes Alexander creates are easy ways to get into a meditative state.

Iminating the challenge of trying to silence the mined but by allowing your thoughts to be witnessed and then bringing your attention back to the sound. Giving your mind and body space for relaxation.

Alexander will guide you through a journey of sound using singing bowls, chimes, bells and gongs. Creating a blissful space for relaxing and space for meditation.
