I call him Little Yellow 💛
He is a Alchemy Studio - Crystal Tones Singing Bowl. Octave 4. 7” E-15
A re-birthed bowl. Frankincense & Platinum Frosted Base.

…and he has fried my brain for 4wks. He simply refused to sing. He ‘donged’ well but only ever screeched when circled with any type of wand. To say I was disheartened, terribly sad & at times really angry would be an understatement!

…and then, just like that - everything changed!

On the night before the Super Blue Moon he fully awoke. Resounding his luminary translunar vision through Sound and Song.

His essence is the purest form of self expression. Soft, softly singing he entranced the un-trained, the wandering, the lost building blocks of life in that moment back to harmonic resonance.

Rhythmically he wooed. He re-patterned. He re-coded. Gently herding all imbalances back into the 'Field of Alignment'.

All was Well. His milky yellow moonshine sound alleviated all present sorrow through this entrainment. Little yellow filled the waxing moon filled night full of a protective enduring love.

Together we prayed…and afterwards everything hung as it simply should.

The moment is one I will never forget. I love him and am so pleased that I stuck with him and the mysterious Alchemical process. For it seems ‘nothing was ever wrong with him!’ He is and always was somehow perfect.

Making me think…that we are all like Little Yellow - awaiting the right conditions to activate our TRUEST POTENTIAL. We are all perfect forms. Instruments of harmonic resonance.

Morning meditation for inner stillness 💚 My intention for this short meditation practise today is to return you to your place of inner stillness which is always there waiting for you with open lovin...

All of a sudden it is all coming together! I gave my first Sound Bath with my beautiful Alchemy singing bowls outside in nature and I felt so at home. Relaxed. I loved it. 😍 Received some lovely feedback. 🙏 I am so happy right now & grateful. New beginnings are truly here.

(A brief history of how life has been for me)

What a stark contrast to the historic self doubt & indecision that polluted my previous years. I was used to living from a confusing place of continual lack. A sad lonely space of self judgement, of never measuring up, of painful comparisons, a small reduced diluted disempowered place where the word FAILURE seemed to haunt me. I just couldn’t ever seem to find my wings. 🦢

Then a car accident in 2012 seemed to have other plans for me! A total redirection of all that I knew, all that I was. 4 yrs of chronic pain. Then my body went on strike. Protested. Gave up. It stopped. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ M.E beat me to a pulp. I lost everything. My job. A new found love of teaching Yoga. Anything that defined me was ripped away. Nothing was left. I was bed bound & house bound for 3 yrs. A pitiful slow recovery followed.

Yet I knew I would and could re gain health. My body told me this. It’s innate wisdom spoke to me throughout these yrs. All the healing medicine modalities that I had studied; Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, Subtle Energy Work, Somatics, Mantra Chanting, Devotional Prayer, Shamanism, Yoga Nidra, Bare Foot Walking, Ayurveda, Gratefulness, Self-Love, Massage & heaps of Therapy thrown in provided the tools to see me through the darkest hrs & into healing.

I was granted the time & space to heal at every layer of my life. To gather all the broken parts of myself together into harmony.

I am now positively charged 🙂 & full of hope. 🎉 I am stepping into my higher power. Into my feminine form. Ready to take my authentic SEAT. To celebrate my abilities & gifts. Don’t give up. Be kind to yourself. Ask for help. Shining light, love & healing over you. Tara 🌟 🪷🌿✨🐺✨🌿🪷
